Click 'Pickup In-Store' and come visit us for the collection of your goods at our flagship store, 5-9 Brook St, Sunbury, Vic. We will send you a SMS or email to let you know when your order is ready.

Please note that we are back to standard business hours. We will eagerly process your orders as soon as possible within our business hours. If your order is placed after hours it will packed the next business day. 


Shipping is Free for orders over $200 within Australia.

Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $10 for Standard and $20 for Express.

Heavy items (Skateboards, Completes, Shoes, Picnic Mats, Mr Consistent) have a flat rate of $10 and $30 for Express.

All orders are shipped via Shippit. With our shipping partners Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway(Aramax).

Please note that there is a limited number of staff members working within these services during this time, and they are experiencing significant delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people turn to shopping online. We do advise to take this into consideration when purchasing. International shipping is $40 or free for all orders over $250.

Heavy items (Skateboards, Completes, Shoes, Picnic Mats, Mr Consistent) have a flat rate $70 and do not qualify for Free Shipping over $250.

Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Them People is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. You are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Returns and exchanges are welcome on Full Priced Items for any of the following reasons:

The size you ordered doesn’t fit
The item was received in a faulty or damaged state
You received the incorrect style
You received the incorrect size


To be eligible for a return:
1: Contact within 3 days of receiving your item(s)
2: Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging.
3: Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
4: Item(s) were not marked 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' at the time of purchase.

All purchases from Sale are 'Final Sale' & 'Non Returnable'.

Purchases made using AFTERPAY are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Please contact us at before you send your item back, stating your issue and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If we don’t have any other sizes left in stock we will refund your money back once we have received your item.
